Russians will begin to receive notifications about social support measures
From December 1, Russians will receive notifications about the social support measures they are entitled to. Information can be obtained through the State Services website, a single call center or in the My Documents centers. Such categories of citizens as parents, pensioners, unemployed, etc. can learn about support.
According to the Ministry of Labor, more than 3,000 social support measures are currently in place in Russia, covering 54 million people.
“Unfortunately, citizens do not always have complete and reliable information about the support measures they are entitled to. Today, modern technologies allow at the onset of a life event to determine exactly how the state can support a citizen, and inform him about the social assistance that is due, “- quotes the Minister of Labor and Social Protection Anton Kotyakov” Rossiyskaya Gazeta “.
A law simplifying the provision of information to Russians about the benefits and social support they are entitled to was signed by President Vladimir Putin at the end of 2019.
