Advisor to the Mayor of Moscow Sergei Sobyanin, Dean of the Faculty of Management in Medicine and Healthcare of the RANEPA Leonid Pechatnikov revealed to Muscovites the timing of mass vaccination against COVID-19. He announced this on the air of the Dozhd TV channel.

According to him, mass vaccination may begin after the New Year.

Sobyanin said that there are about 300 such rooms [for vaccinations], but in my opinion there are already more – there are several in each polyclinic. The deputy mayor also expressed the hope that the epidemic will end by the end of 2021. “There is hope that he [coronavirus], as such aggressive and virulent, is short-lived in the human population.
