Mark Cuban and Stephen Colbert insult-comic tag-team Donald Trump
Billionaire Mark Cuban was on Stephen Colbert's Late Show after the third night of the Republican National Convention, and let loose his insult-comic id on Donald Trump in Colbert's "Gloves Off" segment. After mocking Trump's hand size, Cuban went after his business acumen. "Donald, I've got a travel tip for you," he said, fight music playing in the background: "When you're going through customs and they ask if you've got anything to declare, try not to blurt out 'bankruptcy.'" "Oh, that's a billionaire bitch slap," Colbert said, popping up on screen.
Like Ted Cruz — only less politely — Cuban joked that he would consider running Trump over in a car. Egged on by Colbert, who also provided color commentary, Cuban also mocked Trump's (inflated) estimates of his own wealth, Trump University, and Trump's lack of support from Latinos. His delivery isn't flawless, but Cuban clearly enjoyed trash-talking his fellow (purported) billionaire. Watch below.
