The $9.2 million NFL survivor pool is down to 30 contestants
The Circa NFL Survivor Contest is getting closer to naming a winner
The Circa Sports NFL Survivor Contest is the premier legal survivor pool in the United States. This year, the pool had 9,267 entries in it, which at $1,000 an entry means that the prize pool is $9.267 million. Circa does not take a rake to run the content.
For those unfamiliar with NFL survivor pools, the idea is simple: Pick one NFL team every week to simply win its game. Once you pick a team, you can’t use that team for the rest of the season.
Circa adds a little to the traditional survivor pool by making Thanksgiving and Christmas their own separate weeks, to get to 20 total weeks for the NFL season.
The contest had 80 entries entering Week 13, but the Pittsburgh Steelers and Jacksonville Jaguars were the two most popular selections with 24 each.
The Steelers lost their starting quarterback Kenny Pickett in a 24-10 defeat to the Arizona Cardinals, and the Jaguars lost their starting QB Trevor Lawrence en route to a 34-31 loss to the Cincinnati Bengals on Monday Night Football.

Along with the entry that lost with the Saints and the Jets (!), that brings the total down to 30 remaining entries. Each entry now has an implied value of $308,900.
Good luck to the final remaining contestants — they’ll have some tough decisions to make this week, and every week remaining this season.
