Video shows police officer kicking handcuffed suspect in head
Cellphone shared on social media shows a Franklin Township police officer kick a suspect in the head while handcuffed on the ground.
According to the person who posted the on Twitter, the incident happened Tuesday near Sullivant Avenue.
