Carrollton policeman, former K-State defensive back, run down thief
Kansas State head coach Bill Snyder must be a big fan of the pursuit drill. Earlier this week, Carrollton police officer Kip Daily, a former KSU defensive back, ran down and arrested a purse thief on his very first day on the job. According to a Carrollton Police spokesperson, the victim, a young Farmers Branch of two, had pulled into a grocery store just before 2 p.m. on Thursday with her two daughters.
