‘Whoever is designing these PJs needs a raise’ say shoppers as they race to Sainsbury’s to snap up Easter-themed pair
LET’S face it, there’s nothing cosier than getting home from a long day at work, only to change into a fresh pair of pyjamas.
So it’s little wonder fashion fans have been going wild for a bargain pair from Sainsbury’s they’re all saying they “need” – and they’re perfect for Easter.
The ‘pink hot cross bun pyjamas’ from TU have gone down a storm online, with many branding them a “dream.”
And perhaps the best part of all? They’re a total bargain at just £20.
In a post shared to the high-street store’s official TikTok (@tuclothing), the high-street posted a short video of a customer unpacking the in-demand cosies and penned: “POV: You find the most perfect Easter pjs.”
Alongside the video, the caption read: “On Wednesday we wear *hot cross buns*”
So, if you know someone that isn’t a fan of chocolate, they could just be the perfect gift this weekend…but you better be quick, because they’re selling out fast!
One delighted customer who was lucky enough to get her hands on a pair was a fashion fan named Jasmin, who took to the social media site and enthused: “Sainsbury’s are giving the goods.”
She then shared a snap of the hot cross bun pyjamas, and was quickly flooded with comments from others after her video racked up a whopping 198k views.
“Whoever is designing these pjs needs a raise,” wrote one.
Jasmin replied: “Agreed! They’ve brought out such nice ones in the last few months!”
A second penned: “I want themmmm!”
A third commented: “DREAM UNLOCKED.”
Meanwhile, a fourth wrote: “Omg gorg!”
Another noted: “I just ordered them immediately. You’re gonna need to earn commission off of these!”
A further chimed in: “Immediately added to basket!.”
And it’s not the first time shoppers have been racing to Sainsbury’s in recent weeks.
Fashion fans were also sent into a frenzy over a “very flattering” Sainsbury’ frock that they say is perfect for spring.
