Maryland weather: Warmth and sunshine expected mid week
Temperatures expected to hit mid to low 80s Tuesday through Thursday.
Clouds are expected to start off the week with Sunday remaining mostly cloudy with a high of 76, according to the National Weather Service.
Clouds will remain through Sunday night and into Monday before gradually becoming sunny with a high near 77. Temperatures are expected to drop to 57 Monday night with patchy fog forecast between 5 a.m. and 9 a.m. Tuesday morning.
Tuesday is expected to be sunny with a high of 81 and a slight breeze in the afternoon. Tuesday night will remain clear with a low around 60.
The sun and warm weather is expected to hang around Wednesday with a high of 85 before clouds set in Wednesday night and the temperature drop to 67.
Thursday will remain warm with a high around 85. There is a 40 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms Thursday after 2 p.m. through 2 a.m. Friday.
