The year 2016 till date has been a brain roller for the Hollywood lovers. The industry gave movies like Batman Vs Superman on one hand while on another Deadpool, gained excellent attention. But wait, this isn't all for the year.

…I will start writing proper posts again, but it’s Tuesday (or at least it was when I started his post), so I thought I would do a list of things which are distracting me from my blog…

We have just had the two hottest days of the year, back to back, and let me be honest with you here, with temperatures hot enough to soften the black, sticky, tarmac on the local roads, a slightly chubby (I'm being polite here) lad like me often finds himself melting like the ice lollies I wish I was eating.

Here is one of the latest puzzles that we have from Ravensburger.

It contains 100 pieces which are fairly large as far as puzzles of this sort go. It is designed for kids in mind ages 6 and over. Me and Ryan completed it together and I have to admit I actually enjoyed this one more than the bigger 1000 piece ones (but it is a bit easier).

Taste the flavors of a Secret Garden with this Lemon and Rosewater Bundt cake.

One of the bakes that instantly reminds me of childhood family time is a Bakewell Tart. I have no idea why really; my Grandma occasionally made one, but I was never a huge fan.
