Each week digital anchor Will DuPree talks with KXAN producer Jose Torres for a Simple Health conversation.
The stories they'll discuss this time is:
- Jose Torres will talk about how 2020 became a transformative year in his life even though he suffered a stroke, lived with diabetes and dealt with isolation of the COVID-19 pandemic.
- Fitness has no age cap, and people can and should stay active at any stage of life. A group of older adults between the ages of 70 to 100 years old take fitness classes with the help of a trainer. Learn why their focus is on foot strength and stability.
