A Utah sheriff's office says DNA testing has definitively linked the unsolved death of a Utah teenager in 1974 to the infamous serial killer Ted Bundy. Fire caused the evacuation of a historic building owned by Wayne State University in Detroit. Video from TV stations showed clouds of black smoke near the top of the 14-story Maccabees Building on Tuesday. The fire on the 11th floor was contained, and there were no injuries.
