The Bangladesh army said Monday that it has killed all four militants believed to have seized a building in an eastern city four days ago with a large cache of ammunition. Army spokesman Brig. Gen. Mohammad Fakhrul Ahsan said two bodies were found in the building Monday in addition to six people, including two policemen, who were killed in explosions near it earlier. The names Matthew and Otto have been retired for Atlantic tropical storms and hurricanes following the deadly 2016 season. According to a statement Monday from the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, the World Meteorological Organization will use Martin and Owen for future Atlantic storms.
