Police have charged a former teacher with a historical sexual assault dating to the 1980s, and investigators are concerned there may be more victims. The Ottawa police sexual assault and child abuse unit charged Robert Clarke, 72, of Morrisburg on Wednesday, following an investigation into allegations he had inappropriately touched one his male students in the 1980s.
