Illinois Sen. Mark Kirk has announced he "cannot and will not" support Donald Trump for president, according to a statement released Tuesday. Tropical Storm Colin made landfall on Florida's Gulf Coast on Monday night, but by early Tuesday the storm had already passed over northern Florida and southern Georgia and was heading into the Atlantic.
