The government of South Sudan is denying that former army chief of staff General Paul Malong has been released after six months of house arrest. "No, these media reports are not true. Three Chinese students were injured Friday when a man known to have psychiatric problems deliberately ran them over with his car near Toulouse, France, police said. In Cameroon, however, cocoa producers are mapping out ways to encourage more local processing.
